Cross-cultural Education

Workshops and training in the cultures of the Indian subcontinent, cross-cultural communication, and languages, as well as expert consultation etc. We also subcontract specially designed training for companies and institutions, according to a needs analysis, on request.

The training introduces the participants to the basics of Indian culture in terms of communication and prepares them to effective communication and intercultural cooperation with Indians. The main objective of the course is the development of appropriate attitudes and behaviour in professional relationships, according to the rules of functioning in a multicultural environment. Trainings and workshops and consultations in Polish or English languages.

The next important step is preparation for establishing and maintaining contacts at the workplace. Participants learn about the cultural, religious and social determinants of behaviour, as well as how to develop models of interaction.
