Educational activity in the area of ​​mental health focuses on the prevention of stress and burnout, as well as building and strengthening mental resilience. The main topic here is determining the balance between work and private life, with an emphasis on identifying resources, as well as adaptation and coping in crisis situations. It is possible to organise workshops for groups and individuals. Psychological support in the short-term approach includes individual sessions with the Client using various methods and tools, primarily:

This is a relaxation technique that helps to achieve a state of deep relaxation by focusing on your body and using autosuggestion. This method is based on inducing a feeling of heaviness and warmth in different parts of the body, which leads to calming the mind and body.

Rational Behavior Therapy (RBT) is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy developed by Maxie C. Maultsby. RBT focuses on how thoughts influence emotions and behaviours, and its primary goal is to teach patients how to replace irrational beliefs with rational thoughts, which is supposed to lead to healthier emotions and more adaptive behaviours.

The goal of RBT is not only to eliminate negative thoughts, but also to introduce a realistically optimistic approach. This means that patients learn to see the world in a balanced way – realistically, but at the same time with hope for positive results.

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term, future-oriented method of psychotherapy that aims to help the client find solutions rather than focus on problems. It was developed in the 1980s by Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg.
